Nowadays the internet is distributed to every single house in the UAE like a cancer when it’s distributed to the human body. There are many websites some of them good and the others are bad. In this essay I’m going to discuss the pros and cons of media control in the UAE.
There are several arguments in favor of UAE Etisalat blocking internet access to bad websites .The first argument is that to save our people from accessing the bad websites. This kind of blocking internet access is important so that they will be interested in the good websites. They also argue that the good points can help the people to focus on the good website where there is knowledge for their career.
However, there are many far more convincing arguments against blocking internet access to websites. The first point is that the people can know more details about all companies around the world. Also, this will expand their studying knowledge from here without travelling. This will help us to have more intelligent and open-minded people .Finally, this will also tell us know more information about all countries’ laws around the world.
In conclusion, blocking internet access and open media both have advantages .I think that is the open media is better than blocking the internet access because this will help our population to have the best knowledge in the future.
